| R & D team In 2015, Alctron founded Ningbo Alctron Electronics and Audio Equipment Factory Center. We create a high tech R & D team including mechanical engineer, electronic engineer, processing engineer, design engineer and other professional person. Among them, R & D staff which focused on audio problem is about 30 and we still expand our team. Our patent is more than 100 units.

R & D strength Each year we donated about benefits’ 30% into R & D and more than 10 patent applications. Our tech level is higher than average. We control core tech of capsule and most of our product pass CE certification, meanwhile we own appearance patent, practical patent and invention patent more than 100 units. Among them, practical patent takes about 60%, appearance patent takes about 39% and invention patent takes about 1%.

| Tech center Alctron comes with recording studio, anechoic chamber, testing studio and other advanced labs which offer strict product testing processing and advanced tech for mic, headphone, audio equipment and also enhance product R & D ability.
We owns RO/E、Solidworks、Auto-CAD software, PLM system, advanced lab testing equipments that provides tech insurance for R & D, ensures R & D processing along with fashion and tech.

Along with international Alctron builds relationship with audio research organization, college and tech professor, handles newest new in audio industry all of that provides enough theory for product R & D. Alctron takes advanced tech as competition advantages and way to success. We have closed relationship with foreign customers, took part in Prolight + Sound Shanghai, Prolight + Sound Guangzhou, NAMM show, PROLIGHT+SOUND Germany and other professional exhibitions.
